I am not the same person I once was. As I have grown closer to the Lord, He has molded me into a new creation that is more compassionate and patient. However, I still mess up. I get upset at myself for failing and believe that I should not make so many mistakes.
Philippians 1:6 is “I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

God will continue to work on me until I am complete. I need to depend on the Lord and grow closer to Him as he changes me. I am grateful Jesus does not leave me as I am. I am learning to surrender control so Jesus can transform me into a new creation. The Lord will keep working on me as I continue to dwell in Him.
