Stop Stress Eating
I see too much suffering and strife in our world. If I focus on negatives or try to fix problems, I get stressed. I don’t like feeling anxious and have used stress as an excuse to overeat. Recently, I have indulged in small servings to ease my emotions. I know that eating even small amounts of food when I am not hungry will cause me to continue overeating.
