This Christmas, I am grateful to focus on the meaning of the season; Christ’s birth.  In the past, my Christmas revolved around food.  I dreamed about the Christmas meal, grazed on deserts, and munched on food as I cooked it.  This season, I have enjoyed several parties and my Christmas Day without overeating. Because He has set me free, I am free to enjoy His birth.  Have a very Merry Christmas!!
